What happens if I do not pick up the package in the package store?

If you choose not to pick up the parcel in the parcel shop, the parcel will be returned to us. For this we are charged a fee of min. DKK 35 by GLS. As the package is not picked up, this is treated as a return and you will automatically be paid the order value, minus return fee, minus shipping costs, this also applies if you have had free shipping on the order.

How do I return an item?

If you want to return a product, do the following:

  1. Go into our   retur page  and fill out this, we will typically refund the amount to the card you used in the transaction.
  2. Send the products to us at the address below:

  4. Blaaklokken 18
  5. 8700 Horsens
  6.  Wait for us to receive products and deposit the money into your account. Please note that if you have had free shipping on the order, we can offset the shipping cost that we have had on the order, at least 35 DKK.

What shipping options do you have?

In Denmark, we have chosen to operate only with GLS as a supplier, they can deliver to parcel shops, businesses and private.

GLS will pick up parcels from us all weekdays around 9am. Delivery to you will take place the day after the package is delivered, ie day to day delivery, but as it is picked up so early, orders placed will only be picked up the day after which you will experience two days delivery. .

Are you sure you do not have copier products?

Vi ville ønske vi kunne svare selvfølgelig har vi ikke det. Men når vineksperter er blevet snydt med falsk Amarone, smagsdommere er blevet snydt med falsk olivenolie, Dansk Supermarked med falsk mærkevaretøj, blot for at nævne nogle få men omfattende skandaler af kopivarer. Så kan selv store distributører som vi handler med, også få leveret kopivarer. Og så ender de altså ved os/jer i sidste ende. Men vi tror og håber det ikke.

Do you get all the products directly from the manufacturers?

No, unfortunately, this is not possible. Ex. DevaCurl, Shea Moisture and Kinky-Curly will not ship to the EU. That's why we get these products delivered from distributors. The distributors we deal with are major international dealers that we trust!

Do you have perfume-free products?

Yes, they are tagged with perfume-free. Among other things. Jessicurl No Fragrance has the variant in all their products and Innersense uses only essential oils in their products. However, be aware that even though they do not contain perfumes, they may well contain the limonene which can also be challenging for anyone.

You do not have my favorite product at home, can you get it?

Maybe, you are very welcome to write to us, then we would very much like to investigate it.

Do you have vegan products?

Yes we have. The vagan products we carry have a tag = vegan, some brands carry both vegan and non-vegan products, while others are certified as ex.   Trepadora  and   CurlSmith.

What products do you carry?

We only carry products that are approved for the Curly Girl Method, and accessories that can be used by a person who follows this method.   All our products are approved by the admin group from the Danish Curly Girl group:   CurlyGirl DK (Co-wash/balsamvask – Original Danish Group – Girls And Guys)

I placed an order and was notified that it was completed, but can't find any T&T number?

The reason why you can't find a T&T number is because this is only sent by GLS when they receive and scan the package at their central. This will typically happen in the evening on pickup day.

You don´t have the E-mark (E-mærket), can I trust you?

It is true that we don´t have the E-mark (E-mærket), our webshop went live on 31/5-19, and in the start-up phase we have chosen to focus on what gives you customers value, namely getting new products in the shop, rather than pay for a certificate.

Do you have a shop where you can come by?

No, the webshop is operated from our private address at present. but you are welcome to pick up packages here by appointment. Or if you just want to try to smell / label the products. As long as you agree with us when it fits.

Do you care about the environment?

Yes, we try to keep our environmental impact as low as possible, among other things. our boxfill is biodynamic so it can be thrown into the food waste sort. We recycle cardboard boxes and fillers from suppliers, as they can be used well before being delivered for recycling. And then we would like to introduce products that do not contain chemicals that are harmful to humans and nature. That is why we are also part of the Eco-friendly Packing and Stop Paper Waste Association, which you can read more about by clicking on the badges below.
