What happens if I do not pick up the package in the package store?
Hvis du ikke afhenter din pakke i pakkeshoppen, inden 7 hverdage i Danmark, sendes pakken retur til Curlsforyou.dk
Vi tager et ekspeditionsgebyr på 45 DKK, for ikke afhentede pakker.
Dette gebyr er til at dække fragt, administrationsomkostninger og emballage.
Desuden vil fragten du har betalt ligeledes ikke blive tilbagebetalt. Da denne udgift er afholdt.
Vær venligst opmærksom på at såfremt du har haft fri fragt på ordren, kan vi modregne fragt omkostningen som vi har haft på ordren, mindst 35 DKK.
Således at beløbet der tilbagebetales vil være ordrebeløbet – (returgebyr + fragt = mindst 80 DKK.)

Vi tager kun ubrugte og produkter der ikke har brudt emballagen retur.
If you want to return a product, do the following:
– Gå ind på vores retur page og udfylde denne. Vi vil typisk tilbagebetale beløbet til det kort du har brugt ved handlen.
– Fremsend produktet til os på nedenstående adresse:

– Du kan købe en returlabel ved os til 45 DKK. Pengene fratrækkes det beløb, der skal returneres til dig.
What shipping options do you have?
I Danmark har vi valgt kun at bruge GLS som leverandør, da de kan levere til pakkeshops, erhverv og privat.
GLS afhenter pakker ved os alle hverdage.
Levering til jer sker dagen efter afhentningen af pakken, fra vores lager.
Der vil være mellen 1-3 hverdages levering.
Are you sending to Norway?
Ja det gør vi, vi sender med GLS og det tager 4-5 dage. Vi har både pakkeshop og privatlevering.
We are VOEC registered, so we handle everything related to customs and VAT.
Are you sending to Sweden?
Ja det gør vi, vi sender med GLS og det tager 4-5 dage. Vi har både pakkeshop og privatlevering.
What products do you carry?
We only carry products that are approved for the Curly Girl Method, and accessories that can be used by a person who follows this method. All our products are approved by the admin group from the Danish Curly Girl group: CurlyGirl DK (Co-wash/balsamvask – Original Danish Group – Girls And Guys)
Do you get all the products directly from the manufacturers?
No, unfortunately, this is not possible. Ex. DevaCurl, Shea Moisture and Kinky-Curly will not ship to the EU. That's why we get these products delivered from distributors. The distributors we deal with are major international dealers that we trust!
Are you sure you do not have copier products?
We wish we could answer of course we haven't. But when wine experts have been cheated with fake Amarone, taste buds have been cheated with fake olive oil, the Danish Supermarket with fake branded goods, just to name a few but extensive scandals of copy goods. Then even large distributors with whom we trade can also have copied products delivered. And so they end up with us / you in the end. But we do not believe and hope this is happening.
Do you have perfume-free products?
Ja, de er tagget med parfumefri. Bla. har Curlsmith Shine serien, Cantu har Hypoallergenic produkterne og Jessicurl findes i No Fragrance varianten, hvor de fleste er markeret som parfumefri, vær dog obs på at selv om de ikke indeholder parfume kan de godt indeholde Limonene, Linalool og Citronellol, som også kan være udfordrende for nogen. Hvorfor disse produkter ikke er at finde med parfumefri tagget.

You do not have my favorite product at home, can you get it?
Maybe, you are very welcome to write to us, then we would very much like to investigate it.
Do you have vegan products?
Yes we have. The vagan products we carry have a tag = vegan, some brands carry both vegan and non-vegan products, while others are certified as ex. Trepadora and CurlSmith.

Yes we have, we have given all the products that are glycerin free a product tag, so you can find them all here.

Yes we have, we have gathered all products under item tagged protein, which can be found here.

I placed an order and was notified that it was completed, but can't find any T&T number?
The reason why you can't find a T&T number is because this is only sent by GLS when they receive and scan the package at their central. This will typically happen in the evening on pickup day.

I come from Norway, do customs and VAT come on my order?
Don't worry, we are VOEC registered, so we handle everything regarding customs and VAT.

You don´t have the E-mark (E-mærket), can I trust you?
It is true that we don´t have the E-mark (E-mærket), our webshop went live on 31/5-19, and in the start-up phase we have chosen to focus on what gives you customers value, namely getting new products in the shop, rather than pay for a certificate.
But we collect review on Trustpilot where our score pt. is 4.9 out of 5. It seemed we even show our reputation quite well.
Do you have a shop where you can come by?
Nej, webshoppen drives fra et lager. Man kan afhente ordre på lageret, ved at vælge muligheden “Afhent på lager” under leveringsmetode.
Do you care about the environment?
Yes, we try to keep our environmental impact as low as possible, among other things. our boxfill is biodynamic so it can be thrown into the food waste sort. We recycle cardboard boxes and fillers from suppliers, as they can be used well before being delivered for recycling. And then we would like to introduce products that do not contain chemicals that are harmful to humans and nature. That is why we are also part of the Eco-friendly Packing and Stop Paper Waste Association, which you can read more about by clicking on the badges below.
