You spray it in your hair and spread with your fingers. Then the hair strands are instantly moisturized and they become far more shiny and vital after styling.

You can also use the Innersense - Sweet Spirit Leave-In Conditioner between washes to freshen up the look of the curls and prevent them from starting to curl.
