passe p\u00e5 sine kr\u00f8ller og f\u00e5 dem til at blive smukke ved ikke at anvende ingredienser i sine h\u00e5rprodukter, der skader kr\u00f8llerne.<br \/>Metoden kan ogs\u00e5 anvendes til permanentet h\u00e5r og selvf\u00f8lgelig ogs\u00e5 til glat h\u00e5r, hvis man gerne vil have velplejet og sundt h\u00e5r.<\/p><p>Curly Girl-metoden er udarbejdet af fris\u00f8r Lorraine Massey. Hun fandt ud af, at kr\u00f8llet h\u00e5r ikke har godt af produkter med silikone, udt\u00f8rrende alkoholer og skarpe sulfater.<\/p><p>Med Curly Girl-metoden anbefaler man, at man \u201cvasker\u201d sit h\u00e5r med en balsam, en s\u00e5kaldt co-wash. Dette g\u00f8res for ikke at udt\u00f8rre h\u00e5r og hovedbund med de forskellige sulfater, der findes i almindelige shampooer. Dette g\u00f8r, at h\u00e5ret ser sundt og velplejet ud, men det er det ofte ikke. Silikonehinden g\u00f8r ogs\u00e5, at de gode ingredienser fra h\u00e5rkur og balsam ikke kan tr\u00e6nge ind i h\u00e5ret, og h\u00e5ret modtager derfor ikke de n\u00e6rende ingredienser, man tilf\u00f8rer.<\/p><p>Det eneste produkt, der kan vaske silikone ud af h\u00e5ret igen, er en shampoo med sulfat i. S\u00e5 det er en ond cirkel: Du udt\u00f8rrer h\u00e5ret med shampooen, og bagefter l\u00e6gger du en hinde p\u00e5 h\u00e5rstr\u00e5ene med silikonen. Til dette skal du bruge en sulfatholdig shampoo uden silikone for at vaske voks og silikonerester ud af h\u00e5ret. Form\u00e5let med en s\u00e5dan er bl.a. at f\u00e5 rester af silikone ud af dit h\u00e5r, da silikone, som vi f\u00f8r var inde p\u00e5, kan tilstoppe hovedbunden og lukke h\u00e5rstr\u00e5ene inde, s\u00e5 de ikke kan optage fugt og plejende ingredienser fra ordentlige produkter.<\/p><p>Men ellers er det blot at komme i gang med Curly Girl-metoden. Det er vigtigt, hvis du anvender en vaskebalsam, at du skrubber og masserer din hovedbund i en 4-5 minutters tid for at l\u00f8sne evt. snavs fra hovedbunden, f\u00f8r du skyller den ud af h\u00e5ret igen.
